Delivery & Returns

We know it's important for you to be able to trust the merchant your shopping with, which is why we are as transparent as possible when it comes to our delivery and returns policy. Please find everything you need below, but on the occasion you do have a question please feel free to contact us!

TURNAROUND TIME

​

♡ Our order turnaround time is 5 working days, however we will always work hard to dispatch orders sooner

​

♡ Turnaround time excludes weekends, public holidays and postage

​

♡ During exceptionally busy periods e.g Christmas, turnaround time may increase

​

POSTAGE

​

♡ All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class which has a delivery estimate of 3-5 working days

​

RETURNS

​

♡ In the event you are unhappy with your item or there is a fault, please email

whippedwixuk@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue or alternatively drop us a message

on social media

​

♡ We gladly accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned 'as sold', unused and in original packaging

​

♡ Items being returned must be shipped back to us within 7 days of contacting us. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of unwanted items

​

♡ Unfortunately, items that have started to be used can not be returned

 

♡ In the event we have arranged collection, please note that you have seven days from your order to collect. In this time I will do my very best to accommodate your needs in order to get your purchase to you however if it is not collected, you will be refunded the price you paid and the item will go back on the shelf

DAMAGED ITEMS

​

♡ Our items are packaged as well as possible but inevitably, sometimes they can be damaged in transit. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to help.

​

♡  Due to the fragile nature of the toppers on some of our candles, particularly our Christmas collection, 

these can sometimes snap/ break if they have been handled too roughly in transit. When receiving your parcel through

our courier, Royal Mail, and selecting shipping at check out you are doing so with awareness that this could happen.

For this reason any candles with just snapped or broken

toppers will not be refunded and this does not affect your consumer rights. However, please get in contact with us 

as we may be able to help you fix the damage or come up with a plan.

♡ Custom/ personalised items can not be returned unless damaged
